i have managed to snap the hose barb on the lever end of the hose again. i seem to remember reading a while ago that you could use a avid (i think) brake hose fittings. does anyone know if you can do this?

Don't think so, looks to be a different thread(much coarser) on the reverb remote than the Avid compression nut, and not sure whether there'd be anything to compress the olive against either. Not tried it, so may well be wrong though.
