Is the seat collar a tad too tight? I nipped mine up too much once and it wasnt returning as it should.

Problem was if it wasnt nipped up it slid down inside the seat tube,

Need to have the speed adjuster fully open, lever pulled out and push and pull the fluid through a few times, close the speed adjuster and repeat, then open again and repeat.

Hain, do you have the bleed kit? It's pretty simply to do if you take your time.

I had the same issue earlier today...try removing the seat post from the frame, that should isolate the problem between bleeding, tight seat post clamp or an issue with the the hose. I think I have a kink in the hose as the post extends and retracts when out of the frame but not when in the frame.

And/or the hose connections are leaking
