Hi

I've just purchased a 2016 Orange Clockwork frame with a reverb now I've never had a reverb and don't like it (I've only just moved to 27.5 so I'm a tad old school)
I'm looking to sell it but before I do I want to know if it works properly ,when it goes up it goes up half way then press it again and it goes to the full length is this right ?
And lastly this is DEFINITELY not a stealth ad but if I was to sell what's the going rate for one
Many thanks

Hold the button in until it goes all the way to the top. If it stops half way and you need to let go of the button then press it again, then its not functioning correctly.

Going rate varies depending on age and condition. check ebay past sold prices to give you an idea.

Might be a stupid question, but when you say 'reverb' do you mean an actual rockshox reverb, or do you mean 'reverb' as in a generic name for 'a dropper post'?

I only ask as the action you describe is normal for some dropper posts which have steps in the travel, but not for an actual rockshox reverb.

What you've described doesn't sound right, it should return straight to the top. It may be that the seat clamp is too tight or the air pressure is too low. Try slackening the clamp first and then topping up the air. If they fail then it's faulty.
