Can I just do a lower leg service while leaving air in both chambers (Dual air)?

Yes but may make it hard to free the air side bottom shaft into the lowers due to the air pressure, just let the air out to make your life easier 😀

Grrr.. I hate setting up dual air as it's such a pain.

Connect pump to valves before deflating, record pressures?

Connect pump, set pressure, disconnect pump.
Repeat.

I know it's not hard to pump them up but it's a pain to get set up how i've had them.
