I purchased a brand-new Revelation (140mm) when Chain Reaction had them on sale a few months ago. There was an initial problem with the airshaft, this was swapped for a new air shaft by SRAM under warranty. The fork is working really well but the rebound feels really "knotty", like the fork is totally dry around the seals. Did a lower leg service and it has plenty of oil and foam rings were sell lubricated. I put a small bit of SRAM butter around the seals. I have played around with the rebound adjuster but it still feels sticky on the rebound. The compression if perfect and very linear, can't figure what the issue is on the rebound, any suggestions? thanks (PS It's a MOCO dampener)

I stripped mine recently for a full service and on reassembling I had a problem where the fork was sucking down and not returning. Turned out that a large o-ring on the air shaft had somehow jumped it's groove and wandered halfway down the shaft head. I couldn't even get it out without pumping it up to about 190psi and having what sounded like two gunshots go off in my apartment.

Have you had your replacement air shaft out to check it over? Messy, and gonna cost you however much of the 20ml of 0w30 oil you can't collect from the two lower legs.
