Anyone using this, what do you think to them, i have issues with my rotary cuff and elbow and sometimes my hand, I know these are mainly for reducing vibrations through your hands but thinking they may help out a little bit, just the price is putting me off weather I want to find out.
I like mine, they help out with my carpal and cubital tunnel injuries. But I suffer from vibrational issues so YMMV. My biggest issue with them is that I have largish hands (XXl/XXXL in most glove sizes), my own experience and medical wisdom is that larger grips are best for hand injuries to prevent over gripping and tensing, but the biggest grip that they make is 33mm diameter (measured, not the 34mm they claim, they even admitted this to me!). If they could do one in the 36mm category I'd be happy and would buy them for both bikes despite the cost. As it is I have wolftooth mega fat paws on the hardtail and they are almost as good.
RevGrips do offer what is basically a free trial if you want to give it a go.
What grips are you currently using? There might be something much better without making the giant leap to Revgrips.
I've got nerve damage in my left arm and used to suffer from pins and needles right up to severe finger cramps. I stopped using lock-ons and switched to chunky bmx style slip-ons and I'm much more happier when riding all day. When you lock at what most lock-ons are, it's no surprise they're so uncomfortable.
I actually found this article the other day...

I was thinking of trying grips like that when I had a DH bike and the pain was much worse. Didn't get around to it.
I got loaned a pair a while back. I can’t say I really liked having grips that moved around as I rode, by the killer was that the outer collar was horribly uncomfortable and robbed a decent amount of grip width to avoid.
Like mine, always used thick push on grips but they are even better.
Seth, from Seth's bike hacks (now Berm Peak YouTube channel) had these on long term test. Might be worth checking out. I think he did a couple of videos including them
I've got them as I was suffering numb hands on my rigid MTB. Seem to do the trick although I've not ridden them much due to injury.
The money back guarantee is good, I bought mine direct from cyclorise.
First set I chose gopping green end caps and Ergon grip compound, I was able to order a second set with much classier understated grey caps and compare the Ergon and standard grips, returning whichever bits I didn't want.
If I was buying again I'd be tempted to save a wedge and get the race grips.
The second set came with the newer style shock inserts that stay attached in a ring. Easier to install, but seemed to be firmer than the old type you cut off the string.
I'm currently using Dmr death grips. I think they are thick and soft sizing. At the moment I'm mainly riding longer xc rides, bridleways, gravel tracks etc, between 30 and 40 miles on my t130, atm trail riding leaves me in pain fairly quickly hence the easier stuff. The issues with my hand, shoulder and arm have been on and off for a few years
Getting treatment but I csnt see it going anywhere fast so looking at anything that will reduce the vibrations through my hands upwards
Liked mine for how much they reduced the arm pump I get, but I actually hate the grip itself. If it were a deathgrip moving on he system they would be perfect.
Ergon do some nice grips which are probs a little cheaper than the Revs?
Ergon fats are amazing. Death grips are like holding directly onto the bar, horrible things even in large, which really isn't at 31mm I think?
I've got a set, really very good. Definitely reduce hand cramp at the end of a long and bumpy downhill.
I've found they require a different 'hold' than other grips. Needs maybe a slightly firmer hold on the bars than I would have done previously, which seems to then engage the rev grip suspension to do its thing. This results in the positive outcome above. Quite remarkable.
My mindset is now a little bit more 'grip it and rip it', works very well.
If I ride with them as I do with normal grips, they really just feel like kinda crappy grips. But do as above and... wow.
And now if I ride normal grips in any way, they feel pants!

/\ That! Love mine.

I thought they were adjustable so you wouldn't have to do that sort of thing?

Fair point - I think my grip technique has been honed from the 1980s when awful narrow tires, 26" wheels and no suspension meant that almost having no pressure at all on the grips and having the bars rattle around in your hands was the order of the day 🙂
Even with softest setting, they need 'grip' to activate (IMHO, YMMV etc etc)
I rate them. They do make your bars effectively a bit narrower though… so fit with some nice wider bars if you go for ‘em.
