Oh mighty font of knowledge that is STW Forum folk...
I'm trying to replace a blown rear/brake light bulb on my Thule 923 towbar mounted rack. It looks like a standard car type bulb but with a red coating. Anyone know a good source for replacements?
No one? Really?
Mines the same as my car, I thought most rear brake bulbs were the same, I just took one out of my spares box that fit...
It's going to be a " normal " bulb but with a red coating for the rear lights / brake lights.
I'm guessing the light shines through a clear lense ?
What you will need to establish is if its a 380 ( 2 filament stop & tail ) or 382 ( stop only )
A quick google brings these 380 up :- http://www.autobulbsdirect.co.uk/380-P21-5W-Stop-and-Tail-replacement-bulb-RED.html
Or 382 :- http://www.autobulbsdirect.co.uk/382-P21W-Stop-and-Tail-replacement-bulb-RED.html
Great stuff. Thanks for the help guys - not sure why I couldn't find that myself but there you go 🙂
