I've acquire an old atera strada DL3.
the numbers on the keys don't match the number on the locks.
is there any way of getting replacement keys?

I got my last lot for my Thule off ebay. Just search for the number, or find a seller where you give the number off the lock and they send the relevant key. Was cheap and very easy which i suppose is a worry
