Hello,
I need to replace my M615 front caliper which I’m running with the matching M615 brake levers. The 615 calipers don’t seem to be on sale much any more so was wondering which of the newer Shimano calipers would be compatible e.g. m6000 etc.?
Thanks for your help,
Ben
I have an M6000 caliper on a 615 lever. No problems so far.
Consider one of the four piston Deores - more power on the front.

Any Shimano caliper you can get. All work with Shimano levers.
I’ve just fitted 520 4-pots on 615 levers and they’re great.
Just keep sure you get one with the correct caliper hose fitting. Inline or banjo. Otherwise you'll also need a new hose.
Yeah - go for the MT520 four pot - it's as cheap as a Deore 2 pot if you buy from the Germans and it's got much more power. Works fine with Deore levers.

Cheers guys. I’ll prob just go for an M6000 as it’s only going on my commuter.
