I have a Whyte T130 which came with an FSA No. 57E Orbit ZS headset.

It appears to be fairly poorly sealed, and I've just had the bearings apart to grease their dry and rusted insides.

The rest of the headset (cups, stacker set etc) are fine, is there somewhere to just buy the bearings to slot in? Happy with non-OEM, some on Tredz but are ~£13 each which is getting on for new headset price if they are just going to fail again after 4 months.

Thanks!

With external headsets I've always found it cheaper to buy a new headset and just replace the bits I need.

I've tried replacement bearings in the past but with limited success due to ordering the wrong ones and limited longevity.

I suspect the same could be said for internal headset's.

maybe check this link if you like:

Double sealed, quick shipment, quality appears high to me (use these headsets for one of my bikes).

But not idea if this fits to your bike.
