need to remove the bb to access to di2 junction box so that i can reconnect my seat post battery (wire used was fitted top down for length, so when the battery rattled loose as disappeared into the seat tube it unplugged when i fished it out, quite annoying, much longer wire will be replacing what was fitted)
its a bog standard shimano affair, might as well fit something better (is there a thing?)

That's a lot of money for a bottom bracket.....
if it saves repeated removal and installation of a push fit part on an expensive frame then maybe its worth it?
any helpers?
Giant has BB86 bottom bracket which is what that Chris King fits, 24mm spindle on your Shimano cranks so yes good to go.
