So do i pull the old cable from the headset hole first?
And insert the new one through the rear triangle?

-yes i want to replace the outer, but i watched some videos on youtube, and they feed it from the rear triangle, and i looks quite easy... it always does !
Should have a guide, so just push it in...
If all else fails, try the vacuum cleaner method - tie (firmly) some string to the end of the outer, thread the string through the hole in the HT, hold the hose of your vacuum cleaner to the hole at the other end of the downtube and suck the string through. Now gently pull and voila.
Am pretty sure that the 2019 Enduro has a built in guide channel though so you should be fine.
Remove the outer cable first, replace with new one using old inner cable as a guide then remove inner cable, quick spray of gt85 or similar and fit new inner cable
