[Closed] Removing SRAM PF30 B.B. adapter

It’s in the bottom of my niner jet carbon. Threads are shot so in the plastic so the new B.B. won’t run in perfectly aligned. It’s reticent to leave.

Many ideas in getting it out? Don’t really want to have to cut it out of a carbon frame

One thing if it is the sram one above is that you fit the threaded B.B. cups into the plastic and then press the whole lot in.

It should just tap out if it the one above unless someone glued it in to stop creaks

I ended up cutting it out. Horrible thing. Rotor aluminium replacement on the way.
