My mate moved my black bike in his garden earlier, leant it up against the corner of a white wall by the top tube (cheers Tin). It's now got a horrible white scratch which I would like to remove or at least make less obvious. Any ideas for the best way for him to go about it?

Rub some dirt into it? It will end up scratched anyway .....

What about boot polish or a really fine black marker pen?

T-cut? - or just something mildly abrasive like Jif (sorry, Cif) or Brasso - try a small area first tho'.

Nail varnish works a treat on deep scratches

Try car wax first,if the scratch still shows try something mildly abrasive like t cut, then wax after.
If its gone through the top coat, try one of those coloured car polishes.
