What is the best way to remove frame decals?

Use neat muc-off. Might also change the frame colour and remove anodising though. Hair dryer to soften glue and wd40 or brake cleaner to remove it. Just not at the same time. Ok? 😉

Warm them up with hairdryer and peel off gently.

Boiling water is normally the first thing I try.

Depends if lacquer had been used. If it hasn't then a hair dryer is usually the best thing.
