Ordered a PUKYlino (due to recommendations on here) 25th Oct, through Amazon, shipping from Germany. Delivered by UKMail somewhere round the corner, different postcode. Or was it? I don't know. Trying to establish what happened neither the Amazon seller nor UKMail confirm anything. Two weeks of messaging one then the other and awaiting responses. UKmail ignored my last two messages. Amazon seller seems to just be saying what I want to hear. Latest is they iniiated refund on Sunday. So that's two things I don't have. Will wait until w/e and then file Amazon claim if refund not appeared.
Secondly, earlier this week due to misplaced confidence of refund I decided to order another PUKY. Just went to look for order confirmation and realized I don't have one. They have my money of course. So four things I now don't have.
So if this second one doesn't materialize, any recommendations for a reliable guaranteed seller please in time for Christmas 🙄

Took a week or so to arrive, no problems.
Get a used one, they are built to last. Ours was 3rd hand, now onto it's 4th owner. A bit battered but completely fit for purpose.
