There's fairly regular rides at the Wyre forest but that's probably at least 45 mins from you. Good riding though.

Godiva trail riders in Coventry do regular Wednesday evening and weekend rides.
Solihull is an awkward place. It's close enough to plenty of countryside, but all the countryside is covered in footpaths (hardly any bridleways) and it's pretty flat.
