I've found the instructions, both written with illustrations, or on video.
I've found the Float Fluid for sale, in case I spill it and can't tip it back in.
But I can't find anyone selling the spacers.

Where can I buy them ?

Graham,

Fairly sure I have some of them floating around (excuse the pun)in my garage.. Will dig them out on Monday as currently night tonight and tomorrow.

Thanks Mick.
I want to reduce a 150mm fork down to about 100mm.
I think they might only make them in 20mm, so I'll need two or three of them.
There's no rush, it's for the tandem which is an ongoing project.

2014 MY is different to prior model years IIRC.
uses a shuttle bumper, not a spacer

I reduced mine by just moving the pin and stopper inside the left hand leg. They were 140, but looking at the holes drilled in the leg they could do 140, 120, 100 and 80. I suppose being an OE fork it made sense to make one fork that could fit many bikes.
