Hi all.

The new road bike is 11 speed so I plan to use my existing American classis sprint 330 10 speed wheels wit with a new 11 speed cassette body.
I know the wheel will need to be redished, but by how much ? has anyone done this ?

Anyone reccomend a wheelbuilder in or around Fleet in Hampshire ?

Not enough to worry about - 0.5mm out. Most manufacturers say you don't need to do anything.

Really, is that all.
It's going into a frame with very tight tolerances so it was a little concerning.

Nope, it'll be fine - it's 1mm longer overall. This is DT's diagram, but explains it nicely.
