A hoy hoy
Reading a bike fit book while on the crapper at the mo (hmm, too much info? ah well) has had me fettling with the road bike.
I 'need' to get my saddle up 2cm BUT, the seat post is at minimum insertion.
New bike time you say? Well, maybe, but I'd like to try this first.
I'm mostly just legs and bike length/feel is otherwise fine.
Bike has a silly Giant proprietary post so getting a different longer post isn't an option.
Bike hasn't caused an issues/pain to date with seat at current height but now i've got a mind niggle that needs addressing.
Any saddles that have notably higher seat rails?
Cheers
Selle SMP, I bought an "Extra" off Amazon for £37 just before Xmas iirc, rail base to saddle dip is ~6cm.
In comparison, Charge spoon is ~4.5cm max.
Cheers, I'll have a measure of my current seat.
Any other seats to consider?

What could possibly go wrong?
But more seriously someone posted something called a VK Saddle Adjuster the other day. Depending on how far back or forward your saddle rails are, it might work?
That may be just the ticket.
