Any preferences on where to service a ccdb il shock?

Depends what you think needs doing.
If I remember then TFT are the UK service centre but I know J-Tech and sprung do them too. Depending what it needs other than seals and what is in stock is how I'd choose.

It’s just a normal service, haven’t serviced it in two years

Tft did my coil in line and dyno tested set up for bike and rider weight. Top job felt great just slight tweak to compression was all that as a needed.
