I'm looking for a pair of gloves (not mitts) that are windproof and have some ulna area padding/support as I get sore wrists after an hour or so. They don't need to be warm, they're for spring and autumn.

Any recommendations??

I wear bontrager windshell gloves; thin and hard to find. Little padding. If you get sore wrists it is your position that needs consideration not your gloves. I have a wrist which is rather sensitive having a plate and six screws, but position is perfect.

I wear gloves due to palmar psoriasis and get cracks on the palms all year.

Specialized Grail are brilliant on the ulnar side of things. The pad fills in the hollow in the palm of your hand to distribute pressure more evenly which seems counter intuitive, but works well for me on the road bike, much better than any other padded gloves I've tried.

When you say 'sore wrists', I'd say ulnar nerve pressure is more about tingling and numbness in your hands rather than wrist issues. If your problems are primarily wrist focussed, you might also want to look at your riding position and whether it's putting too much weight on your arms.

Edit: just read the previous post on wrist pain, so snap on that.

I use some spesh body geometry mitts with some cheapo planet x gloves with no padding over them, works well but I suffered with hand pain after a pot hole incident not wrist pain.

thanks
I get tingling in the wrists and some numbness too. I try to change my hand position a lot on longer rides too.

Lots of the Specialized gloves have good ulnar padding.

I've been using GripGrab for the last few years (better fit for me) and their ulnar padding is great too.

Very difficult to find decent windproof gloves that are OK for Spring and Autumn. I've got quite a few pairs of full length, I tend to use my SealSkinz All Weather Cycling Golves, they're not too hot, but not warm enough for when the temp drops. Some reviews have them as warm gloves, but they're not winter gloves for sure.
On the slightly warmer days I have a pair of the Spec Body Geometry, good padding, but these aren't windproof. I do run cold though, it was 19 degrees yesterday and I had full finger gloves on. (100% iTrack) - mesh and padding is fine for me, but probably not for someone who wants extra support.
