The type of video that is filmed in real time from a bike, not gamiefied/CGI type stuff, but on actual roads and, has a mileage on the video description.
Got a basic indoor trainer, but non of the smart stuff to work with a computer etc, just need videos to ride to.
Preferably in uk, so one day may be able to ride them on the actual roads, do thy exist, if not a great way for a company or riders to make some.
I’ve started using Fulgaz, very realistic, you won’t get the resistance with a dumb trainer but you can put it in steady mode and just watch the rider POV as you train.
Would assume if you have an ant dongle for your device you could get it to show up speed/cadence/hr etc.

I think the main thing is having music and a voice giving instructions that clicks with you.
I think he was one of the first on the market back in the day.
I still use them and the music seems to, work as its sort of neutral and dateless and u just swith off and follow the instructions.
No real need to look at the screen on the ones I have, just listen and pedal.
