Looking for a coaching session for my son at Greno woods, he really want to improve, and do the gaps on steel city and I can't teach him any more as I'm rubbish nowadays*!
Can anyone recommend anyone? Google search brings up a few, Rideabout, A-line, joyride, etc....
*its his fault really, as my (technical) riding has just got less and less over the years he's been around....
Gareth at A-Line - really good. Nice bloke too.
You should go with him! Its really useful to sometimes go right back to basics, even as a realyl experience rider, its what I did and definitely got value out of it, befoe moving on to the more technical stuff.
Used A Line for our daughter at Greno. He was good. She managed to pick up most of the jumps on Steel City and DH3 by having a tow in from someone we know in exchange for fettling his brakes.
First tow in cost us a rear wheel as she cased the first gap jump.
She then took us into to pass her knowledge on and managed to break her Dad on one last run.
Cool, thanks both.
I reckon all he needs is a tow into the first gap, well that and some more padding his mum has told me to buy!Â
Ride about UK also

RideaboutUK does a lot of junior stuff, but Gaz at A-line is also great.
Yeah A-line seem to be over 16 only and my lad is 15. Think I'll message rideabout. Cheers all.

Cool cheers, I'll drop you a message later Michael. Need to speak to my son to see he'd prefer group or 1 to 1.
