I had some Joystick Carbon bars on order but they then emailed to say they have no stock so looking for alternatives!

No Renthal bars please - don't get on with them.

Can probably live with alloy or carbon.

Short list so far:

Race Face Next R Carbon Bar

Joystick 8 bit Alloy Bar

Joystick Analog Carbon bar (one I had on order but not many places have them in stock)

Race Face Turbine R Alloy Bar (although these are not said to be very comfortable! https://www.singletracks.com/blog/mtb-gear/race-face-turbine-r-35-handlebar-stem-review/)

Any others to consider?

I went from a brutally stiff carbon Easton Havoc 35mm to a Race Face SixC, which was still on the stiff side, to my current Bonty Line 35 alloy, and I’ve found the Bonty to be the most comfortable of the three. My 2017 version is 780mm but I think the latest one is 800mm.

So buy the 820mm ones and cut 10mm off each end!

Actually think 780mm is my perfect width but finding 780mm bars with 35mm clamp seems to be rare. Apart from some of the really heavy race face bars!

Chromag? I've had 3 sets now, (2 * 31.8 and 1 * 35mm) all been great.
