OK, we have approx ten days, many of the holidays i have seen are week long packages.

Anyhow, we want:

Sun

Good food/beautiful villages

some bike park riding

some singletrack/alpine riding

catered ideally, but doesnt really matter.

no so fussed about guiding, perhaps a few days maybe.

Not Spain or Ride Verbier, or indeed Sweden as we live here. Driving therefore isn't an option

Ta!

Ours will be a mixture of areas as we will be in the camper. First week based in Torbole, Lake Garda. Across to Pila for a few days then on to Samoens via Verbier. Looking to do most of whats on the list. Daughter may or may not turn up at some point of the journey.

July would be to hot for us in Finale but will be going later in the year

I would love to go back and get some more guided stuff in with Emily at

Its always been great guiding when we have used her.

You could do a two-centre thing on the Riviera - Molini and Finale, perhaps with a couple of day trips elsewhere.

Fly to Nice and arrange transfers with a holiday outfit. RivieraBike are who I stayed with - and would use them again. They set up a visit to Nava nearby as well, highly recommended.

Edit: Would be hot though, as Tracey says.

Tarantaise Valley.
Fly to Geneva, hire a vehicle, base you selves in Bourg Saint Maurice. You've got Les Arc above, La Plagne round the corner. Tignes & Val d'Isere just up the Valley. You could make it a multi-centre trip, few days in each area, then you could go up and over the Col in to Italy for La Thuile and Aosta

I thought you had but its well worth revisiting

Another a bit left of field is Ainsa which we will be going back to at some point but again might be a bit warm in July

Really enjoyed Sospel. It has also got some good stuff going for it.

Abigale and her mates alway stay here

http://roostmtb.co.uk/morzine-bike-holidays/

She has just booked the tunnel today, £80 return with Tesco vouchers, for here summer trip in August. This will be her pampered week. The rest will be on a blow up bed in the back of the van where ever the riding and weather are good
