Hi just got some new mavic cosmic elite UST wheels with tyres, 3rd ride out boom 1st puncture the sealant seemed to have worked plugged hole. So next time i go to use bike i topped up air (85psi) few miles from home and boom sealant comes squirting out same hole ( hole is no more than 1mm), sealant seems to stop plug it again. So ever time i want to run my 85 psi this happens. tyre is new so can anyone recommend me a tyre patch that is any good.
You don't need anything fancy to patch this - tyre off, clean area and a standard puncture repair glue and patch on the inside will work fine.
It's a current drawback to road tubeless IME - sealants will work up to a point and get you home, but won't wear the higher road pressures. So you end up having to mend punctures that on the MTB would be happy with just sealant. Better sealants will go a long way to solving this issue, but we're not there yet as far as I know.
Ok thanks will give it a try at weekend.
Stans Race sealant maybe? Not used it but it sounds more like it.

(obviously patch from inside for now, but to prevent/sort the next puncture)
Mushroom plugs, fit and forget. Job done.
I'd agree but with such a small hole, it's overkill IMO and would probably need the hole enlargening, I'd patch it.
