I have a 10mile commute to work and the winter gloves I have only stopped my fingers going numb for about half the distance in today's -5 conditions.
I've tried what I can to keep my fingers moving but to no avail, can anyone recommend some really warm gloves? Temperatures will probably drop to below -10 with quite a lot of wind.
Good info over here:

DO NOT...i repeat DO NOT get a pair of Endura Strikes....they are absolutely cack....they should have been named Endura Sh*tes instead.
Cheers Jamie, I did a forum search but didn't find that one.
Gonzy, I'll cross them off the list.
I had the same thing on my commute last Friday when my very old Endura and liner glove combo failled in sub zero weather. I ordered some Montane extreme gloves from field and trek, reduced from £50 - 25 in a sale. Yet to try them, but they have primaloft lining, pertex outer, look good to me.
If you suffer from really cold hands, just buy ski gloves / ski mitts. Much much warmer than cycling specific gloves (but less dexterity).
ski mits from tk max are provig good for me this year.

Seen a couple of folks on here recommend these. If you look at glacier gloves website they are with the cycling gloves. Not tried them yet. Probably have some on order after todays commute home!!
