After a tumble in Morzine where i broke a metacarple in my left hand i'm now on the slow road to recovery.

I can still feel a bit of pain through my palms when riding offroad so going to get some fatter grips (DMR Deathgrip) but i wouldnt mind also finding some gloves with bit more protection for DH endeavours and something with a bit more padding on the palms.

Any suggestions?

I don't usually wear gloves but I do use push on Longneck's and I don't get problems with vibration or fatigue.

I hated the lopsided Deathgrips. Just choose a bloody pattern and use it!

Ran deathgrips for a few years but think there’s much better out there. New peatys get good reviews and someone I rode with has the skinny version which is really fat (so much so he thought he had ordered the wrong version). Ergon also have grips that would be better suited IMO.

Most grips don’t have padding but I bought some Carnac one from Planet X last year (by mistake) which did and they definitely offer some more support (but as a result less feel)

Agree with long necks. Very comfy.

I think maybe Endura Singletrack plus gloves.

Have nice bits of extra padding.
