I'm giving serious thought to eating your wife a Signal Ti frame. I have a decent set of boost wheels doing nothing and other parts i'll rob off my Stooge Mk4, but I know naff all about bouncy forks. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I'm an lycra wearing old school old XC rider that sh1ts himself if it looks too knarly on a DH section - so the Signal may either be too much for me, or just what I need to take my riding to the next level.

Oh yeah. Forks. What we saying stw panel?

Budget? Well, whatever it needs to be to make it ride well. As said I'm not an aggressive loon, more of a cautious bimbler so maybe dont need something too excessively capable.

Any flavour of fox 34 or a rockshox Sid 35?

Fox 40's or Boxxers, obviously. And a Unimog to get you to the trails.

I’ve got RS revelations on my signal ti. Came with new build. Shoulda known better given previous revs were poor IMO. Harsh and no amount of tinkering (tried from 0-4 tokens) makes that much difference. Even mild trails and hands/arms take a hammering. So not those. I’d say Pikes if my choice.
Suspect finding stock will be your challenge.

Forget my Sid suggestion, turns out they only go up to 120mm. Guess that's where they save weight. As above, pike would do nicely. Avoid the rev or 35 if you can as they use the motion control damper which is a bit harsh.

In loving the X Fusion McQueen forks on my Les. They have the benefit of not being extortionate either!

I’m not long getting my Signal, due to low stock issues and a delay, AK gave me an upgrade to Air Helms Mk2, amazing. They really suite the bike, light, stiff, very tuneable and I’m sure I will increase their travel (130mm) which I’m sure this frame can accommodate.

The frame is brill, not a huge reach and short chain stays, so maybe a little HC HT old school but I’d still say a “do it all” for me.

Enjoyro!
