I'm staying just south of the Elan Valley for the rest of the week near Newbridge on wye.. Have my tripster so looking for a road / bridle path routes... Any recommendations please

I moved near to there back end of last year.
Not had much time to do any proper exploring yet due to lots of work needed on the house.
I do a short hilly 22km road ride from Howey over to Hundred House if you fancy a quick hour or so spin this week.
I work from home so can be fairly flexible with times if you want a guide.
Not managed to get over the Elan Valley way yet so I'm not much help there!
