looking for frame only something similar to a scandal but not a steel as I want to keep the weight down everything seams to be getting slack and tall which wont suit the flat area I am moving to.

Clockwork has only one set of bottle mounts and no rack mounts on the seatstays and is bloody long in the top tube at a shade under 5'8" i think its to long with a 620 mm toptube.

Shame Spesh dropped the rack mounts when they changed the Carve to the Crave. Ticked the box until then. My son has a Carve which used to be mine. Great bike.

Your looking at the 2016 geometry, the 2015 is shorter @ 608mm ETT on a medium (its not as "long" as the stem is shorter) & does have rack mounts on seatstays, maybe only one bottle mount though.

Good luck with your search.

Anyone know the HA for a parkwood? It's designed around a 120mm fork so 100mm should steepen it by a degree or so... Right?
