That I'd wear over a base layer, and would ride in a lot - Would like:
-Breathable (but I know not to expect miracles)
-Pit Zips (for the absence of miracles)
-A hood, that can go over a helmet
-Durable - don't want to rip a hole in it
-Chest pocket for a phone
-Long tail
-Bright colour
