Missus is starting to get all precious about me cycling on my own and without a medikit.
Can anyone recommend a decent lightweight one I.e.without a difibulator
It's times like this I miss TJ
Would you know how to use one if you had one?
Strongest co-codamol you can find. There's not much you can do if you have a proper crash except kill the pain and get yourself to help. Tick-remover might be useful too. Mobile phone. Silver blanket.
Would you be able to use one if you needed it?
I have one of these seems good and waterproof i just toppped it up with a few ibuprofen ad paracetomol 🙂

Steri strips, gaffer tape, diclofenac, co-codamol, inner tube and a bandage
I bought a basic outdoor one and then added stuff that seemed missing - based on experience of patching folk and myself up...
Last thing added were Steri-strips, due to a riding buddy splitting open the skin on his shin.
It sits attached to the back of my Camelbak, so I don't have to remember it.
