Very specific! But that is the size of my tool bottle. I've a couple of air cannisters strapped to the frame so this is really a short ride, emergency pump to get me home if they fail. Longer rides I carry a pack with more practical options.
I'd bought one from a little British company called Rehook - fitted the bill perfectly, except - as per the Lezyne offerings, the screw on head undid the valve cores.
So - what is very small, doesn't unscrew valve cores and ideally doesn't pinch the palm of your hand painfully at the end of each stroke?

Very happy with this, even for road tyres up to 100psi. I keep it in an Elite tool bottle.
@bensales - that is the one I have been looking at, except a couple of reviews have said that the head has come off in their hand due to the end being glued on. Should be ok for infrequent use, I am guessing. How much of an arm ache getting a 2.6 29 to 20PSI?
You get a workout with it, I’ll be honest, but I’ve had it about ten years now and it’s still going strong. But thanks to physics, I don’t think you’ll get anything that small that doesn’t require some effort to use.
Absolutely. And it is meant as a last resort rather than frequent use...
I've got this ridiculously small pump. I haven't used it in anger, and I imagine it will take ages to fill a tyre, but it beats walking home.
I've a truflow minoot
It's about 13cm long, and the smallest pump I could find at the time. Great for the odd road bike emergency, but wouldn't want to inflate anything bigger than a 32c, I carry a lezene carbon road drive for the emergency MTB which is the smallest I'd want to get away with on 2.6 and bigger tyres.

assuming you are going from flat to proper riding pressure, isn't it about the same amount of pumping regardless of tyre size?
a 23c is less volume but you are pumping to 120psi,
a 2.6" may be 6 times bigger volume but only going to 20psi?
Numbers made up for demonstration purposes, and ignores the fact that its a lot more effort per stroke shoving an extra 5 psi in a 115psi tyre than it is to add 5psi to a 15psi.
Current Lezyne pumps have a pressure release button which you press before unscrewing the hose. I believe that is supposed to eliminate the valve core issue.
The Topeak one that goes in your seat post is bwilliant...I have two now! Stays clean and you get a nice little collar to reassure you it's in there and to reset your seat height, stays clean and dry too.
Doesn't fit with droppers, obv, or 27.2 Thomsons as the inside is ovalised so it's too narrow.

Compatible with Presta and Schrader valves, the Pressure Drive Pump also includes an integrated valve core tool within its ABS Flex Hose for versatile bike maintenance on the go.
This integrated tool will prove itself as invaluable in the event that you accidentally unscrew your valve core.
+1 for the lezyne pocket drive mtn version
And I've not unscrewed a valve with it yet
