Looking for a small saddle pack for carrying multi-tool, tubeless worms and a couple of small snacks. Any recommendations or naff ones to avoid. Basic waterproofing would be a bonus too.

The little Ortlieb one is waterproof and bombproof.

Wee Cog. Great bits of kit. Nice to buy from a small company too.

+1 for wee cog. Outlasted any other saddle bag we have used.

The only problem with the ortlieb one is the rattle from the mechanism that clips it to the saddle. I eventually used a toe strap to stop it. Otherwise, totally waterproof and surprisingly capacious.

If you are using a Spesh saddle one of their SWAT saddle bags work really well. The holder attaches directly to the saddle body and is completely rattle free and water proof.
