I've just terminated my rear rim so I need recommendations on the following for a rebuild project.

Unlikely to be found more than 6" above the ground but do hit rocks, trees and other solid objects at speed ( chilterns not the highlands).

What was it you broke? Stans are good again it seems, DT and WTB definitely good right now, Easton are cheap, Mavic uncompetitive...
Original was a dt swiss 5400 or something aimilar from about 8 years ago. Stickers have fallen off so difficult to identify.

Stans or WTB get my vote. I think my 29er has WTB i29 rims which seem light enough/cheap enough/strong enough.
