I have a set of unused non-boost 150mm Pike RCT3 forks and a pair of DT Swiss 350/EX511 27.5" wheels in the garage that no one seems interested in buying* so thinking I may as well build up a bike. However, no one seems to be making hard tail frames with 142mm rear spacing anymore.
Any recommendations for a decent frame that fits the bill? Nothing exotic or expensive as budget is limited - up to about £200.
*Still for sale if anyone is interested.
I bought one of these a few years ago when they were selling on eBay. Don’t ride it much but goes well and is light. No issues yet.

There's a Bird Zero TR XL 27.5 Frame on ebay for £250. Bird had them on sale when I bought mine for £375 (IIRC) ~2017 so seems a bit steep for a 7 year old 2nd hand frame.
you can buy a boost conversion kit for your back wheel and run everything else as standard on a boost frame - i just bought a Ragley Big Al and other than $50 for the rear hub conversion kit from Hope everything else fits.
If you can, get hold of a Stanton frame and a set of 142mm swapouts
Yep what reesky says. You can spec new Stanton frames as non boost.
Just run a spacer on the back wheel and buy a boost frame if that's what's available
