A praxis works adaptor to a pf30 frame?
I've bought a used frame and it's got a cheap nylon type threaded insert in it, its not pressed in 100% flush so I want it pulling out and a praxis adaptor putting in.
I don't even know where to start.
Anyone able to help?
Mboy from here runs The missing link, in droitwich and has done a good job with my bike in the past.
One of these

If I can get the old ones out, is it a case of Just using a headset type press?
Anyone know if I should use grease/carbon paste/loctite when installing it if I do it myself?
I can recommend the shop i work in but probably will anger the owners of this website due to free advertising so email in profile if you want to know more. South birmingham based but more north than MBoy, his shop is good too though so don't want to pinch his potential customer!
