Where would be a good place for a biking holiday for a week in Nov/Dec? Preferably Europe, cheapish and easy to get to. Not looking for full on summer conditions necessarily, but it would be lovely to have a week of reasonable weather!

Stunning singletrack rides with plenty of bus uplift during the day & fantastic après-bike on the coast at night.
Best weather in Europe in Nov/Dec.
