I've pretty much decided to flog my jeffsy 29er frame. I'll get a decent wedge for a carbon frame with fix factory shock.
I'm tempted to go for a 27.5 as I'm not 100% convinced I suit 29ers. I've had 2 and not got on with either, although I've got lovely wheels and forks to on a nice frameset if I do stick with 29'
I think as advised in my previous post that I'm so used to long and slack geo with my soul that the YT seems very steep so I'm going to look for a long slack frame. Maybe even a rocket or flaremax.
So long, 140ish travel frame non boost. Help!

Bird AM9 owners seem happy with their choice.

Why not go for a Cotic Flare with the longer travel? Or even a Rocket? They will have been designed with a similar ethos to your Soul.

edit: just saw non boost. On that topic I’ve been using the boost adapter from xc racer on my bike with no problems including a week in the whistler bike park.

edit edit: now that I’ve finished reading your post, I’d agree with your idea of a flare or a rocket.

Yes. Always read the question before starting to answer.

ive got a murmur. I like it’s simplicity and love riding it. So I’d say a starling swoop is also worth a look.
