Hi all,
Have the Aug long weekend free with my Son and fancied Les Gets, but it's a long drive / ferry ride. I need recomendations for somewhere closer, where we can experience uplift on something that's not too extreme. Thanks.

Lac blanc or winterberg. Both only 5 hours from calais vs 8 for the morzine etc.
