Rockshox Judy is the only option I can think of right now, but steel stantions only I think.

I think you can still get a rockshox recon with a qr and straight steerer - ah yes see below. It has steel stanchions but they have the black coating so shouldn’t rust like the silver finished steel stanchions hopefully. Cheap too.

Suntour Epicon has aluminium stanchions. Much better fork than their cheap steel stanchion forks.
If the headtube is 44mm you could run an external bottom headset cup and bearing which then opens you up to tapered steerer forks.
