...Rucksack.

for commuting mainly, to hold lunch, tool kit, towel, undies etc, and gym kit and trainers.

looking at the 25lt OMM at the moment, that will be big enough I would think, any others out there for similar price, around 50 quid?

For what you want why would you spend £50, you could get something reasoanble for less than half that. Daypacks start at £10.

Cheers, that osprey looks nice, I'll check out alpkit, and I have been looking at deuters.

I got last years "Deuter superbike" off eBay. It's great, has an in-built florescent wind jacket thing.
