All the equipment I have is kettlebells , bands and a trx system. What should I be doing for general and cycling strength?

Pretty much all you need full stop!
I'd work on KB deadlifts and KB swings to strengthen your back / posterior chain as that's something cycling does nothing for and its a good complement to being hunched over the bars for hours on a bike.
Then I'd add in farmers walks, KB over head press just because they are two great exercises which should be in any program.
If you want some basic core work, hollow body holds and Turkish get ups would be a good start.
Then for arms, press ups, bent over KB rows for push / pull strength.
That should be enough to start with.....
