[Closed] Recommend a small helmet camera?

The number of 'close shaves' I'm experiencing from non-friendly motorists seems to be increasing.

This morning, I had a guy in a pick-up truck pass me with about 3" to spare. When I calmly asked his what he was doing at the next lights, his response was "What's your problem - I didn't hit you so it's ok, innit... and you should be riding on the yellow lines anyway so I don't have to pull out..." etc etc

So, I'm thinking of buying a helmet cam. I want something small (bullet shape, not a go pro style) and that can record the time and date on the video as I'm told if you want to report anyone to the police, they need this.
Does anyone know if this Chilli one at Amazon is any good (and can you display date/time on the video):
