I'm after recommendation for rear pannier rack for general lugging stuff about an commuting to go on a Whyte Gosford? For general lugging stuff about, commuting, shopping and other such radness.
I think it's the same seat stays as the Friston and has mounts near the top and the drop outs, flat mounte brake tucked out the way.

Would prefer permanent mounting using the seat stay mounting bosses, ideally as few adjustable bits as possible. I've no need for quick release.
