Maxxis used to have a reputation for tyres that looked narrow compared to the same width from other manufacturers.
Is that still the case for their recent tyres like the High Roller II / Minion II?

Nope, new Maxxis are, pretty much, bang on for size. 2.4" DHR2 comes up at 2.4" on a Flow, 2.3" DHR2 is 2.27" on a Flow measured with my digital vernier.

Newer tyres are closer to spec, but they still sell a mix of the old measurements and the new - I have a 2.5" DHF that's narrower than my rear DHRII. Really messes with my tyre OCD
