So my 8 yr old is the proud owner of a shiny new Islabikes Beinn 26. I went with the standard fairly slick tyres as the are a better deal than the Conti Explorer option and for much of the time will be ideal.
Keen to get him some others though for the trips to Glentress (blue and some red) and local natural stuff.
I am thinking folding, 1.8 or 1.9 max, light as poss - they aren't going to have a hard life with an 8 yr old's weight.
any recomendations - cheap as possible too 😛
