What type you after?

There are DVD like the Chris Carmichael DVD's good and effective workouts but boring to watch as it's very much like a spin session but more structured towards cyclists.

There are also various other DVDs' that are video's of actual rides and you vary your work rates from on screen prompts relating to cadence and percieved effort.

There is also the Sufferfest downloads, very good workouts based on actual race video footage, on screen prompts tell you what to do and when and there's a bit of humour thrown in to motivate you.

Personally, I use a combination of the Carmichael DVD's and Sufferfest (as well as Real Life Video's on my imagic, which is a different ball game)

Sufferfest rock! Only got 'Local Hero' and 'A very dark place' but fantastic workout and really keep your interest.

VDP had me dry wretching at the end of the intervals, thats the sign of some good intervals in my opinion.
